abc was founded by a group of people affected by cancer with the support of nursing and healthcare professionals.

Our aim is to provide opportunities for people affected by cancer to meet in friendly, safe and relaxed surroundings.

We are of all social backgrounds, genders, ages, life experiences and represent a diverse community. We offer a warm welcome to anyone affected by cancer and seek to promote a culture where people are valued and respected for their individual difference.

Whether you are the person with cancer, a family member, carer or friend, Cancer can affect everyone physically, emotionally and spiritually

Experience has shown that a lot of people find it helpful to talk to others who may have or had similar experiences or concerns.
